New Year’s Resolutions

I don’t think I’ve ever made New Year’s resolutions. It has always seemed so forced and I know very few people who actually follow through but I think the problem is always too much pressure. I don’t need more pressure, just some reminders. If I don’t do them, eh, so what. So here they are:

  • Work on my skin: My skin is not very good right now. It is pale and red and dry and oily all at the same time. I need to find a better skin care regime
  • Get my teeth in shape: When I was pregnant, I flossed my teeth almost every day. It’s time to get back to that.
  • Eat more on the weekends: I don’t eat enough on the weekends and in response, my weight is going down to an unhealthy level.
  • Exercise sometimes: I know this is everyone’s goal, but it makes me feel good to exercise. I want to go for a walk with my husband once a week, and do Wii Fit Yoga once a week.

I think I will tackle one at a time. I’ve already been working on my teeth, so I think I will try for my skin next. I have heard good things about using olive oil so I’ll try that first.
